At Diamond of the Season, we believe every bridal journey should feel calm, considered, and kind—even when timelines shift. If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, we’ll do our best to accommodate with grace.

Consultations & Fittings:
Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance can be rescheduled or refunded. Late cancellations may incur a small fee to cover studio time.

Rental Bookings:
If your event is postponed or cancelled, please notify us as soon as possible. We offer credit toward a future rental or rescheduling, depending on availability.

Custom & Alteration Work:
Once work has begun on a custom piece or heirloom rework, cancellations may not be eligible for full refunds. We’ll always discuss options with transparency and care.
